Profiles
How do I create a profile?
Sign up at app.prozpects.com. Free profiles take about five minutes to start; complete profiles take about an hour to do right.
What does it cost?
Free profiles are free. Pro is $19.99/month or $199.99/year. MVP / Concierge is by application.
Can I claim an existing profile?
Yes — if a profile exists with your information from an event or partner, you can claim and complete it.
Verification
What counts as verified?
Measurables recorded by an identified verifier — coach, event, or partner — with method, date, and video where possible.
Can I dispute a number?
Yes. There is a clear correction process. Trust depends on it.
Do you verify academics?
GPA and test scores are entered by the athlete. Coaches see them clearly labeled as self-reported until transcripts are attached.
Video
What kind of video should I upload?
Testing video (measurables) and highlight film (game / competition). Both should be reviewable, not artistic. See the Video Guide in the Resource Center.
Can I link to Hudl?
Yes. You can attach external video links to your profile and they'll play in the coach view.
Coach access
Is coach access free?
Yes. Coach access is free. Coaches are the primary distribution channel for the platform.
How do I request coach access?
Use the coach signup at app.prozpects.com/register/coach. We verify before granting access.
Parent accounts
Can I create a parent account?
Parents can be tied to athlete profiles for visibility and communication routing.
Will my child be contacted by recruiters without our knowledge?
No. Communication routes through the profile owner. Settings let athletes control how and when coaches can reach them.
Privacy and data
Do you sell athlete data?
No. Never. This is the one non-negotiable.
Who can see my profile?
You control visibility. Profiles can be public, coach-only, or private with shareable links.
Eligibility
Do you help with NCAA eligibility?
We point families to current rules and provide a starter checklist. We are not a legal / eligibility consultant — for binding eligibility questions, talk to your school counselor or the relevant clearinghouse.
Outcomes
Do you guarantee offers or scholarships?
No. Walk away from any service that does. We help organize and present information; coaches decide.
