ProZpects was created because the recruiting process has become too fragmented, too noisy, and too dependent on unverified information. Families are overwhelmed. Coaches are overloaded. Athletes are often under-positioned. ProZpects brings structure, verification, and experienced guidance back into the process.
Our origin
A response to a broken recruiting landscape.
Athletes have more information available than ever, and less of it is reliable. Coaches are flooded with profiles, inflated numbers, and disconnected film. Families are told to spend, post, and chase. ProZpects was built to bring honesty, verification, and experienced perspective back to the center.

Three decades on the sidelines, in the gym at 4 AM, and on the phone with college programs gave Elias a clear view of the gap. Athletes were getting the wrong information, families were spending money on the wrong things, and coaches couldn't tell the noise from the signal. ProZpects is the platform Elias built with his team to streamline the process needed to place athletes with the right program.
The same standard that runs through our verification work runs through everything we ship: if we cannot stand behind it, we do not put our name on it.

We stand with the athlete and the family through the recruiting process. We respect coaches. We do not sell access. We do not represent athletes in the agent sense. We do not aggregate and resell athlete information. We are an advocate with relationships, experience, and a stake in doing this right.
